EMO Hannover 2011 - the world's leading metalworking trade fair offers "More than machine tools"
25.08.2010 - From 19 to 24 September 2011, international manufacturers of production technology will be presenting "More than machine tools" at the EMO Hannover. "No other event offers its visitors added value comparable to what this, the world's leading metalworking trade fair, provides," commented Dr. Detlev Elsinghorst, General Commissioner of EMO Hannover 2011, describing the attractiveness of the fair.

German machine tool orders hit the ground
23.08.2010 - In the second quarter of 2010, order bookings in the German machine tool industry showed another unexpectedly steep rise, of 71 per cent. Domestic demand soared by 81 per cent, export orders were up by 66 per cent. "The order engine is running at full throttle again", comments Dr. Wilfried Schäfer, Managing Director of the VDW (German Machine Tool Builders' Association) in Frankfurt am Main. Read more
